Hi, I’m Desirée Savant Hicks, but you can call me Desi. 🤍 With 10 years behind the chair, My mission at DSH Hair is to provide a personalized luxury experience where every woman feels seen, heard, confident and truly cared for. After relocating my business from Houston to The Woodlands, I’m excited to continue helping women achieve beautiful, healthy hair that fits their lifestyle. I specialize exclusively in women’s hair, with a focus on custom blonding, dimensional color, gray blending, luxury extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, hair treatments, and long layered haircuts. Whether you’re ready for a complete transformation or simply want to enhance what you already love, every service is customized to your goals, maintenance level, and hair journey. One of my favorite things is helping women feel like the best version of themselves. I believe great hair should look beautiful not only the day you leave the salon, but for weeks afterward. That’s why I focus on creating seamless grow-outs, healthy hair, and colors that are designed specifically for you. CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment & Cancellation Policy✨ Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure I can provide the best experience for all guests, please review the following scheduling policies. Card on File: A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will be securely stored and will only be charged in accordance with the policies below. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. * Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not incur a fee. * Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Show Policy Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and fail to notify me will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Booking Deposits Certain services, consultations, or clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay a non-refundable booking deposit to reserve future appointments. Any required deposit will be applied toward your service total. Repeat Cancellations To ensure availability for all guests, repeated late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows may result in limited booking privileges or require prepayment for future appointments. Emergencies I understand that unexpected emergencies and illnesses can happen. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
